Waterworks Irrigation Matches $800 In Donations for the Victoria Humane Society
If you know the team at Waterworks Irrigation, you know we’re big on community. As a locally owned and operated irrigation company in Victoria, BC, we believe that success means more than just providing the best sprinkler repair and installation—it means showing up for the neighbors (and animals!) that make the Greater Victoria area so special.
Last year, we helped organize a $12,300 donation to the Langford Food Bank. This year, we’re proud to keep that tradition of local support alive. We recently stopped by the Victoria Humane Society to match their current donation drive with a contribution of $800.
Supporting Animal Rescue in Greater Victoria
The Victoria Humane Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing animals from neglect and providing them with life-saving medical care and forever homes. Whether they are serving residents in Saanich, Langford, or downtown Victoria, their mission is vital.
Because they rely entirely on community donations to cover skyrocketing veterinary bills and essential rescue costs, local support is the only way they can continue their life-saving work.
A Shout-Out to Virgin Radio Victoria
We also want to send a huge thank you to Virgin Radio Victoria. They gave us a shout-out on the air while promoting the donation drive, and we truly appreciate them helping spread the word. It’s an honor to support the hard work the Humane Society does every day for our community.
