Position: Site Manager

Job Type: Full-time

About the Position:
As a Site Manager/Certified Tech at Waterworks Irrigation, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can lead and manage our field operations efficiently. While certification is preferred, we welcome candidates with the
necessary skills and experience, even if they are not certified techs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Give Direction: Provide clear instructions and guidance to the team on daily tasks and project goals.
2. Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire
   your team.
3. Manage Staff Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication
   channels within the team through a developed hierarchy.
4. Initiative & Decision Making: Display a proactive approach and make informed
   decisions to address challenges and meet project objectives.
5. Time Management: Efficiently allocate resources and manage schedules to ensure
   timely project completion.
6. Hour Tracking: Keep accurate records of hours worked by yourself and your team.
7. Expense Tracking: Monitor and report project-related expenses.
8. Communication with Office Staff: Collaborate effectively with our office team to
   ensure smooth project operations.
9. Trench Digging: Lead the team in digging trenches according to project
   specifications, ensuring precise depths and dimensions for installing irrigation
   components.

Qualifications:

• CIT Level 1 certification (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional time management and decision-making abilities
• Track record of successful project management
• Knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
